Refund Policy

Changed your mind?
You can return your order within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price. The headset must be unused and in its original packaging. Email cameara.pov@outlook.com with your order number to start a return, and we'll send you return instructions. Return shipping is paid by the customer.

Faulty or damaged items
If your headset arrives faulty or damaged, email cameara.pov@outlook.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo or short video of the problem. We'll send a replacement or give you a full refund, at no cost to you.

Refunds
Once your return is received and checked, or your faulty item claim is approved, your refund is issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
